My experience at the clinic was smooth. Most importantly, Dr. Cowan and the team took care of me with a combo of expertise and compassionate care. There was no unnecessary upselling--the consultation and cleaning only concerned what I needed. Unreservedly recommend to those wanting routine management or implants for their teeth

Overall, I truly appreciate the clinical care I received here. Dr. Cowan is excellent and performed two textbook-level procedures on me in one day — removal of my upper and lower right wisdom teeth along with a sinus lift on the same side. Both surgeries were successful, and for that I am very grateful. The surgical outcome and his skill deserve recognition. The office also has very minimal wait times. Each time I’ve visited, I’ve been in the waiting room less than 10 minutes, often with only one other patient present. That efficiency is something I really value. Where the office falls short is communication and accessibility. I have called numerous times and received no answer, which has forced me to contact another Dental Implant Center location just to be transferred. I’m not sure why phone responsiveness is such an issue, but it’s frustrating when you’re a surgical patient who may have post-op questions, or simply a new patient calling to set their first appointment. Additionally, during my three-hour procedure, much of the team assisting spoke primarily Spanish to one another while working on me. I absolutely love Dr. Jessica. I was always afraid of the dentist and had never had a good experience. She is always nice, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend having a consult/visit with her. I do not know what I would do without her. I also take my children there and they love her just as much.

I was referred to this dentist by my mom because she was super happy with their service and treatment. I recently needed some dental work and decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did! The ladies in the front are really helpful and polite. They’re actually very pleasant and sweet which is hard to find in Miami. The office has been very accommodating and works with you for payment and scheduling. Prices are clear and given to you upfront. So far, I have been examined and did a cleaning. I am very happy with the services. At other dentists offices I’ve been to, cleanings are usually 5 minutes but here they really took their time and the hygienist was very thorough. Will be back for my fillings and future dental needs. Thank you for everything guys 🙏🤗

Wonderful team of lovely ladies. I was greeted with big smiles & instantly felt welcomed. The ladies here are super professional & care about you. From the moment I first called, I spoke to Ashley who’s a very beautiful lady & super helpful. She took care of me from start to finish & when I met her in person it just felt like we already knew each other. Dr. Mustelier is amazing !! I seriously have no complaints about this place.
